  1. Bangalees, by generations after generations, are stupid. How come, we believe and fight for the authencity of Sheik Mujib's declaration of independence replacing Zia'a one berating Zia's rule! For the sycophants or blind-fans of Sheik, his declaration was true as if Koran, Bible, Geeta or Tripitak or Talmud. But looking at the language and wordings of declaration they make up in the name of Sheik Mujib, he[Mujib]has perhaps been cursing them from grave as Haramjadar daal because by this kind of 4th class fake declaration they have been making him a stupid. Unless how come a leader-like Sheik Mujib can circulate a declaraton which has no mention of the name of the country he declared independent of. Read the very fake declaration posted in this blog as

"Declaration of Independence War of 1971
......"Pak Army suddenly attacked E.P.R Base at Pilkhana, Rajarbag Police Line and killing citizens. Street battle are going on in every street of Dhaka-Chittagong. I appeal to the Nations of the World for help. Our freedom fighters are gallantly fighting with the enemies to free the motherland. I appeal and order you all in the name of Almighty Allah to fight to the last drop of blood to liberate the country. Ask police, E.P.R, Bengal regiment and Ansar to stand by you and to fight. No compromise. Victory is ours. Drive out the last enemy from the holy soil of motherland. Convey this message to all Awami League leaders, workers and other patriots and lovers of freedom. May Allah bless you.
    Joy Bangla
    SHEIKH MUJIBUR RAHMAN

Do you guys see any mention of the country name 'Bangladesh" in the so called declaratoin. If it had been a genuine declaration by Sheik Mujib he didn't forget to mention the name Bangladesh.

Sooooooooooo funny moron liers we are to believe in made story of declartion!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Who declared the independence of Bangladesh it is not a vital issues for Bangladeshi peoples. We are proud for our great victory. We literate peoples should go through our history. We should know who organized the 7.50 crore people in a single flat from for their common issue, the independence. No nation can achieve independence without a leader. Sk Mujib was that great leader. We should read our first published constitution where the issue is being settled. Zia ur Rahman, one of our honourable leader who has rebuild the nation and came forward the nation in prosperity. He declared the independence of our country on behalf of our great leader Sk. Mujibur Rahman on 27th March 1971. Before of that day civilians of the country does not hear the name of Major Ziaur Rahman. With my full honour towards Mr. Zia, I am saying that the Rank of a Major is not a very big post in the Army. So, general people did not hear the name of Zia. He was the only leader of his regiment during that time, Only his base mates knew him. So it is not very important for his declaration. Because, the nation were fully prepared for the liberation i.e. after the historical address of 7th March'1971 of Sk. Mujib. The technicians of Sadhin Bangla betar kendra are still alive, Mir Shawkot, Colonel Oli and Major Rafiq, colleagues of Zia are still alive. If we consider the matter in another angle, if Zia declared the independence on behalf of himself and the nation fought under his commend, he must be President of the country during the liberation or minimum main leader (Muktijudder Sorbadinayak) but he was not. Colonel Osmani was the Sorbadinayak. The war was organized and managed Care taker Mujibnagar sarker. After the war that government took the power and rule the country where Mr. Zia was deputy chief of staff of Bangladesh Army. It was our real history. I would like to mention here that I am not involve with any political party. During the starting of liberation I was at Dhaka cantonment. I have seen all activities of Pakistani Army, Mukti Bahini, Sk. Mujib, Zia, Ershad, Khaleda & Hasina. I honor all of the above leaders for their great contribution towards the country. All of them are honest, sincere, dedicated and our beloved. Tipu Sultan/Dhaka/Bangladesh

  3. I solute the Bengali struggle, though I am a Pakistani. I am from third generation who born just after the fall of East Pakistan. Now as the history evealed itself, it was unfortunately Paskistani military - not the public of Pakistan - who committed these atrocities. From a lay Pakistani, I feel extremely sorry and sad and extend apology on this sad part of our history. The poeople who died on both sides are Muslims and I feel our elders made grave mistakes that should have been avoided.

  4. Dear All,

We are liberated. We had a war. We've suffered. Our own men were killed, our own women have been raped. We got a flag, a national anthem, a territory, a constitution, a passport, a soverignty,a name Bangladesh, what u want more? Lot of nations and peoples are still fighting and dream to get their own land and freedom. We must be proud of our country. Very few nations laid their lives for the independance.

Not important who declared? Sk. Mujib called the nation on 7 March ( what we need after that?). No one can deny it. Maj. Zia announce officially the Independance proclamation on behalf of Bongobondhu.
" I Major Ziaur Rahman do hereby declare Independance of Bangladesh on behalf of our great national leader Bongobondhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman."

Freedom fighters are great. They fought, people suffered, we're free after a bloody war. That's not a pride? Bongobondhu and Ziaur Rahman died. Respect them for their heroisme.
We've right to criticize their faults. It has no sense now. They'll not come back. Mujib, Zia, Osmani, Khaled all other have gave us the country, let's work together instead disputing on a worthless issue. Come on friends. We're free. Smile and say " Bangla amar ostitto, bangla amar pran, amar shukh. Down with War criminals."

Akbar / witness of 71 and proud brother of two freedom fighters.

  12. What Mujeeb were asking, please read carefully and compare to present day Bangladesh, what you achieved? Why Tasleema Nasreen can't stay in Bangla, she is a normal lady as per Mujib's vision for the Bangla, A secular, free country, where in Bangla you can find that, You have to give up on Islam to become secular. There is no middle way in Islam.
God bless you if you believe in god, there is no place for Secularism in Islam.

  13. For every pakistan guy who is saying "we are muslims why did you helped hindus to kill us, if you wanted freedom you could have take it" is living in a world of his own or indeed the fictional world of pakistan. When bangladeshi people were being butchered it was India who helped them and not the other way around. You would have given freedom to bangladesh ??? This is a big joke. There is enough evidence of the atrocities committed by pakistanis and you guys will say these are all manipulated. You guys really are nuts to say that mistake was of the pakistani army and not of laymen. Hello, who do you think the army belong to. Do you think they came from mars. As for your people world vision of Islam, there is no such thing. There is India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. These are independent countries and try to live with it and
get it into your head before going into any fantasy speech.

  17. There are several accounts on the Bangladeshi genocide that should be read to appreciate the struggle the Bangladeshis went through to gain their independence from Pakistan and the attrocities committed by its army and paramilitary forces.

It is unfortunate that when a state implements a terror instrument against its own people the human cost of is tragic and I am proud of the Bangladeshis to have struggled and coped with this situation through a freedom struggle in a short span of time.

You should be a proud nation to demonstrate such a spirited struggle against such adversity.

  19. Bangladesh became independent at the clarion call of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. He has finally been honored as the undisputed and unchallenged father of the nation and the greatest Bengali ever born. He inspired the whole nation to rise up against repression and brutality of the Pakistani military junta.

After his assassination in 1975 the defeated forces tried to rewrite history by falsifying facts and destroying valuable documents of the War of Independence from the national archives. But the conspirators have failed to do so.

Ziaur Rahman was just a player like any other freedom fighter. All of the Bir Uttams fought in the seven sectors with equal zeal, nationalism, patriotism and bravery. Many of them were eliminated in the power struggle after 1975 in the army that became engaged in coups and counter-coups that resulted in thousands of casualties in the army but Zia was lucky to have survived due to colonel Taher's intervention. But later Zia had him hanged in a mock trial to strengthen his lust for unconstitutional corrupt power.

  29. our Pakistani (Punjabi majority) armed forces must realize that defending the Borders of the state in such a manner has resulted in half eating up of their country due 1971 massacre. Being 55% population Bengali were not given jobs or basic necessities, when their height is normally 5ft 4 inches how can they have fulfilled the requirement to be inducted in Pakistani Army as 5ft 6 or 5ft 7 inches minimum.

Even though we are unable to run at our own selves, we needed a master a boss, and do assume and believe all of our ethnic groups are psychologically slaves of the powerful one.

Now if same mistakes which are till today being repeated by taking away resources and rights of Baluchs, Sindhis, Seraikis and Pashtuns and even people of Gilgit baltistan have grievances with Punjab than please learn from the Past.
Even though the strong hold of our Punjabi Army is needed to defend Pakistan as a nation as a state, the empowerment must be given to ethnic groups with their resources so that any other East Pakistan still does not cry for the massacre and holoucast of the past.

If all ethnic groups do get their rights in Jobs and basic necessities to grow as a province and show their qualities, once again this JOKE may end where we say..." Guess the angels after the judgement day will only understand Punjabi after Arabic"....

Long Live Pakistan and respect and peace to all neighbors. If UN had to resolve any of South Asia's issues they would have done same 60 to 70 years ago!!
